Use up last years venison....make some jerky!!!

Moms Deer Jerky  Ingredients   1/2 c soy sauce   1/2 c worcestershire sauce   2 tsp garlic salt   1 tsp liquid smoke flavoring  1 tsp lemon pepper   2 to 4 lb venison chops   2 tsp accent  2 tsp onion powder   1 tsp black pepper   1 Tbsp tabasco sauce

Deer jerky - 1 lb venison (fat and skin removed) 1 tsp liquid smoke; 1 tbsp A-1 Steak Sauce; 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce; 1/2 tsp pepper; 1/2 tsp salt; 1/2 tsp onion powder; 1/2 tsp garlic powder; 1/4 c soy sauce
